Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Murchison Falls national park.
On this day you will be welcomed by our company representative who will pick you up at the airport meet and greet after he will transfer you towards Murchison falls national park through the Kampala-Gulu high way the drive takes approximately +/-6 hours to arrive at the destination however we will stopover at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary in Nakasongola district to experience the mammals on foot, in the 90’s Rhinos had gone extinct in Uganda and reintroduced to this sanctuary it is one of the big five of the savannah, tracking takes 2-3 hours followed by lunch at Amuka lodge, we will then proceed to our accommodation that has been booked for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Game drives and afternoon boat cruise along the Nile
Morning breakfast after which we will head northwards through the well distributed game tracks in search of early morning risers, animal species mostly concentrate along the Pakuba bank north of Murchison falls national park expect to see warthogs, elephants, African buffaloes, waterbucks, Jackson hartebeests, Rothchild’s giraffes, lions, leopards, jackals, hyenas, Uganda Kobs, oribi, to mention a few we will return for a hot lunch and the lodge and later proceed for an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls this is one of the most interesting cruises taking 2-3 hours along the Nile, expect to see water animals like the Hippos, Nile crocodiles and birds on a lucky day you may be chanced to see the critically endangered shoebill stock along the banks depending on the water levels we may have chance of hiking to the top of the falls to witness the water squeeze its self in a 7 meter gorge the force brings up a chilly feel with oozing water and enjoy a sundowner returning to the lodge for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest national park
Following an early morning breakfast we will transfer to Kibale forest national park, the conservation area is a decorative region of Uganda one of the few remaining tropical rainforests, it is surrounded by an angelic crater lakes region dotted in most of the areas there are tree species rising up to 55m high forming a thick canopy, the journey to the park passes through lovely villages of Kagadi district taking entirely almost all day stopover en route for lunch and proceed to arrive in time at the lodge if time allows it is possible to have an evening walk around the lodge or enjoy a night campfire following a dinner staying overnight at

Chimpanzees are the top resident species of the Kibale forest, following a morning breakfast you will be transferred to the park headquarters Kanyanchu for tracking, a briefing will be conducted by the Uganda wildlife authority, and in groups of 6 trackers will lead you through the forest chimpanzee have been scientifically proven to share up to 98% of the human DNA, the species live in communities up to 100 members, they are social and intelligent chimpanzees are messy eaters and loud through the forest with their charter sound of communication in that you will hear them at a distance it takes 2-3 hours an hour is allowed while with the primates returning for a hot lunch and an afternoon Bigodi swamp walk in search of more primates expect to meet the black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, blue tailed monkeys, several bird species including the great blue Turaco, sunbirds, pelicans to mention a few, returning for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park

Following an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking a morning briefing will be conducted by the Uganda wildlife authority team, and in groups of 8 you will be guided through the forest in search of the primates, tracking takes 2 or more hours depending on how far the gorilla families have moved, it is a wonderful experience to meet the gentle gorillas the baby ones are so playful the keep running all over the tree branches gorillas are herbivorous in nature feeding on dead tree backs, leaves and fruits of the forest they occasionally eat insects like termites an hour is allowed to be with the mountain gorillas to interact with them, take pictures as long as you avoid flush photography returning to the lodge for dinner and staying overnight at
